Event Catering
We offer event catering services, whether it’s a corporate function, birthday party, family reunion, baby shower we can help; Our specialty is Caribbean dishes.
Terms and conditions
We require a minimum of a (2) months notice to book your event. We may still be able to fulfill your catering needs on shorter notice, but reserve the right to add a 10% late notice fee to recover any additional cost. A cash or money order deposit off $500 is required to reserve the date of your event. The deposit will go towards your invoice on the day of the event. ALL deposits are non-refundable. Final payment must be made (14) days before the catering event. At any time you may contact us to obtain your balance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover as payment options to pay the remaining balance.
The anticipated amount of guests you expect at your event must be given during our initial contact. There must be a guaranteed count of guests 14 days before the event. An additional 10% charge will be added for guests added after the deadline. Please contact us to finalize your menu selections two weeks before the event.
All prices are subject to 7.35% Connecticut Sales Tax and 18% gratuity.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellation made by the client for whatever reason shall be in writing (letter, e-mail). Cancellation fees will be applied.
Cancellation by client: If you, the client, cancel the event, a 75% cancellation fee will be applied on all pre-payments.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event: 100% of the contracted cost will be charged.
